Paper copies
You may request paper copies at any time. Your property manager will receive an action in the activity log to print and mail future legally effective documents. Provider or postage charges, if any, must be disclosed separately.
Electronic records consent
Before Return Grid delivers a lease or other legally effective record electronically, federal law requires your affirmative consent.
You may receive records on paper and request paper copies later from Settings. Future legal-document delivery will be routed through mail after your request.
You may withdraw electronic delivery by requesting paper copies. Keep your email, phone, and mailing information current by contacting your property manager.
You need an internet-connected device, a current web browser, a working email address, and software that can open and save PDF files.
You can download and save or print each document from the Documents page while it is available to your account.
Consent applies to records delivered through this Tenant Portal. It does not change any other lease term.
